Our story began in 1981 with Shri Vinod Suhalka, a pioneering force in Udaipur’s land planning landscape. With a reputation for providing the most sought-after residential land planning in the best localities around the city, he laid the foundation of trust and integrity that defines Ekaya today.
In 1990, Shri Rajeev Suhalka and Shri Khubi Lal Menaria joined as partners & brothers, enhancing Ekaya’s expertise, shaping iconic land planning projects in the landmark areas of Udaipur and becoming the most respected & appreciated realtors of the city. By 2001, we identified a new opportunity & entered the construction landscape of Udaipur strengthening Ekaya’s promise of quality and precision with projects like Madhav Chambers and Lake Gardens, Udaipur’s largest resort-style residential community. It was at this time, that Shri Rakesh Porwal joined us and led us closer to our mission with his phenomenal work ethic, eye for detail & unparalleled execution skills.
Together, they have grown Ekaya into a brand synonymous with benchmark quality, trust, luxury, and timeless value in Udaipur with a team of leading architects of the country, structure designers, MEP consultants, interior designers, engineers & skilled labourers.
